I was reading a recent aricle in Vanity Fair about Kate Moss and her rocker boyfriend, Pete Doherty (of Babyshambles). Most of us have probably read all the ink there is to read about Kate and her wayward ways, i.e., sniffing cocaine, her boyfriend getting arrested for possession, etc.
Anyway, Doherty gave the editors of VF one of the most memorable quotes I've ever read: "One minute I'm in a prison tracksuit queueing for chicken and rice, and the next
minute I'm clobbered out in Dior."
One word: Classic! I can just hear it my head: "clawhberd ouwt in DEE-oar."

I'm helping a friend raise money for a charity that she's involved in (a local school). To raise money, she asked her friends to send me their new or used shoes, which I'm auctioning on eBay.
My favorite is a pair pink Burberry espadrills (size 11b). These shoes are so incredibly cute. 
I'm not sure if I'm more surprised by how comfortable they are or that someone bought them (new for $245), never wore them and now wants me to sell them. Oh well, it's for a good cause.
